​The mission of the PTSA is to support and speak on behalf children and youth in the schools and in the community.  It is also to assist  and encourage parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children and in the public schools.
​
The PTSA at NWCCA represents every part of our community -- the students, teachers and staff, and the parents.  Our membership works hard on many fronts to ensure that all our students have the opportunity to be successful.  We meet quarterly during the school year, advocate for our constituents, raise funds to support many projects, and invite all members of our community to take an active role in what we do.
